(1)Internet spatiotemporal data acquisition system: acquire Internet geographic data, interest point data, picture data with geographical labels, text data, and various indicators or thematic data related to population, society and economy.

(2)Spatiotemporal Data Collection and Exchange System: The system adopts distributed technology, ETL technology, directory service technology, etc., based on unified spatiotemporal benchmarks and data specifications, to achieve dynamic access, automatic processing, integrated cataloging, and loading and storage of multi-source heterogeneous spatiotemporal big data resources across regions and departments, providing secure, fast, accurate, and effective data sources for the construction of PB level multi-dimensional spatiotemporal data resource system.

(3)Spatiotemporal Data Preprocessing System: This system standardizes and standardizes spatiotemporal data based on data quality standards, including data cleaning, evaluation, integration, fusion, and unified processing of spatiotemporal benchmarks, to meet the requirements of spatiotemporal data storage and management.

(4)Multi source spatiotemporal data fusion system: This system aims to integrate remote sensing earth observation, mobile signaling, social media and other multi-source geographic spatiotemporal data based on a unified spatiotemporal framework, and achieve normalization and expression of multi-source spatiotemporal data; Based on the extraction technology of multi-dimensional features (spatial, temporal, attribute, semantic, etc.) of geographic spatial data, a spatiotemporal theme multi-dimensional feature extraction model is constructed to achieve the correlation, fusion, and collaborative expression of multi-dimensional features such as geographic spatial data scale, semantics, time, and relationships, providing a foundation for spatiotemporal data analysis and deep mining.

(5)Spatiotemporal Data Management System: This system consists of three subsystems: data organization and storage, data management, and system management. It achieves integrated management of spatiotemporal data and metadata such as vector data, image data, 3D data, and place names and addresses stored in different types of databases.

1)Cloud management system: integrating spatiotemporal service engine to achieve service resource publishing management, forming a service resource pool, and providing spatiotemporal big data support services for desktop and mobile service platforms.

2)Service Resource Pool: Adopting a clustered management approach, it provides high-performance and high concurrency data services, interface services, functional services, computing and storage services, and knowledge services.

3)Time Space Service Engine:

Data Engine: Based on the full spatial information model, it provides integrated management capabilities for spatiotemporal data.

Service Engine: Provides service publishing, service registration, and service management capabilities.

Place name and address engine: provides spatial and temporal resource positioning capabilities, serving as a bridge between spatial information and other information.

Business flow engine: supports on-demand customization of business rule processes, process management, and process operation monitoring.

Knowledge Engine: By analyzing and mining big data, it provides the ability to acquire knowledge.

Desktop service platform

Relying on various services and engines provided by the cloud center, it provides spatio-temporal big data services, task analysis services, real-time perception services of the Internet of Things, online capture services of the Internet, and sharable interface aggregation services for desktop applications to realize spatio-temporal information intelligent services.

Mobile service platform

Relying on the service resources provided by the cloud center, we provide spatiotemporal big data services for mobile applications to meet their needs.
