1. Integrated Real Estate Transaction and Registration System
Build an integrated management system for surveying, transactions, and registration, unify the entry point for surveying data, and create a full lifecycle management model for real estate units. Combined with actual business scenarios, streamline business processes and share business materials to achieve "online processing, mobile processing, one-window processing, and self-service processing" for real estate transactions and registration, realizing "zero face-to-face registration" and joint handling of multiple services.
 
 
2. Real Estate Public Service System
Provide external network pre-application functions for individuals, developers, housing provident funds, banks, and intermediaries. Establish a WeChat public platform to provide the latest news, service guidelines, policies and regulations, frequently asked questions, query services, appointment services, payment services, and other sections. Integrate hardware and software systems to provide self-service query, certificate verification, printing, payment, and other services through all-in-one machines.
 
 
3. Real Estate Cadastral Management System
The real estate cadastral management system mainly implements data updating and comprehensive management of real estate cadastral survey results, providing a standardized spatial foundation and verification basis for unified real estate registration. The system targets land, marine areas and their structures, forests, grasslands, wetlands, and other natural resource registration units, providing functions such as real estate unit number compilation, building list management, attribute updating, statistical reporting, and map output, achieving real-time association of person-house-land information and integrated 2D/3D management of cadastral results.

Based on the requirements of the "Natural Resources Confirmation and Registration Operation Guide (Trial)" and "Cadastral Database Part 2: Natural Resources (Draft for Comments)", combined with our company's years of business accumulation in the field of natural resources, this is an independently developed product.
